During the winter of 2010, in the shadow of America’s Capitol, a motley crew of music lovers gathered together with a bottle of Kentucky Gentleman and assorted instruments. They lived and were schooled all across the country until they came together in typical D.C. fashion, through friends of friends. The group knew nothing of each other besides the fact that they a) liked cheap liquor and b) loved good music. They had no idea that from the humble beginnings of Sam Cooke and The Head and the Heart covers would develop a powerful six-some.
