Singer / Songwriter and Oklahoma transplant, Will Duvall is quickly becoming one of D.C.’s most talented up and coming artists.

With styles spanning genres from rock and blues to acoustic folk, Will’s music offers thoughtful songwriting with masterful musicianship.

In 2010, Will teamed with producer and bassist Jordan Brown (Salvation Fleet, Rube Goldberg Machine) in New York, releasing his first solo album, Nightbirds.

Duvall spent the next several years writing and touring, culminating in another session with Brown, this time in London, for his second album to be released in 2014.

Will Duvall has been featured on IPOP Television’s, “In Pursuit of Passion” airing on PBS, as well as a selected performer for Bob Dylan’s 50th Anniversary Showcase, celebrating Dylan’s first UK performance at Monto Water Rats in Kings Cross, London.

Castles
Castles is about creating fortifications. In 2010, Jan and Jeffry, each trapped within their own castle and separated by the Canadian-American border, decided to collaborate on a few formative tracks by e-mail. The emerging sounds would be characterized by milky synth textures accentuated by crisp electronic percussion and guitar lines slowly cooking on a post-rock spit. The first album Indifference was finished in the summer on a budget of zero dollars (minus the steak dinners).
Michael Matisse
Beginning in late March 2013, Michael began his solo career as an acoustic guitarist, singer, and songwriter. His music is a fresh blend of folk, blues, indie, and country and his debut album, "Comin' Home", debuted on June 25, 2013. In the first week of it’s release, it made it to #1 on Amazon’s Hot New Releases for Acoustic Blues and held the spot for 2 months. From May – October 2013, Michael booked himself a successful North American tour in support of “Comin’ Home”, making a stop in Toronto, Canada where he was invited to perform part of Indie Week Canada (a 5 day festival/competition, held throughout downtown Toronto) and placed in the top 20 performers out of over 250 international acts to participate. Since October, “Comin’ Home” has made it’s way into the ears of the U.K., Europe, South America, Africa, and the Middle East. With extensive airplay on BBC radio stations and reviews from all over the world, “Comin’ Home” is still being discovered and recognized for Michael’s guitar playing and songwriting.
