Tini and Audrey have known each other since the 4th grade, really hit it off in 6th and have been goofing around since. Tini, Kelly and Kara are all colleagues from various jobs. Chet and Audrey are brother and sister. We've been playing together for 3 years, though have all been playing instruments for much longer. We are working on our second album, only slightly behind schedule due to two babies being born in the last year.

The Domesticated technically started with this lineup in DC (2006-2007), but was taken to Austin, Texas (2007-2011) where it solidified into something tangible (Lo, Apollo LP, and Long Lost Direction EP). After Erik Bradford's move back to the East Coast, a sense of rebirth was needed in order to move forward and this is that new life. A short one probably.
